Be Relevant

Relevancy is pretty important. I mean, if you have a sweet post about your last golfing experience, well, this isn't the place. But really, we like to focus on how technology and emerging trends in marketing are affecting the real estate industry. Some legal and policy issues are also covered.

Use your spell-check

Nobody is perfect, that's why spell check was created. Also, it doesn't hurt to have a friend read through it to make sure that your grammar is in check.

Have a post finished

If you need to help nail down an idea, I'll certainly help you out. Just ask. Otherwise, just send in your post and I'll check it out.
