The Process

  1. We direct traffic to your site using a combination of SEO optimization, PPC advertising, and mass postings on a variety of classified ad sites (like Craigslist). We track every detail of the traffic patterns and calibrate our approach for each partner's site.

  2. We give the customers what they want: listings! Our user registration process collects the information you want, while allowing the customer to get what they want.

  3. Lastly, we track everything your lead does on the site. The system reccomends new properties which match their price and location search trends. Your agents already know exactly what they are looking for!

     

    Our exclusive technology enables our partner's agents to sell, on average, 3 properties for every 100 leads we deliver. No other product comes anywhere close to that!

    This costs the broker nothing. In fact, the brokerage makes a profit from day one!
